About the Author

Caitlin Krause is an experience designer, author and keynote speaker. She founded the interactive lab MindWise in 2015, and she teaches about digital wellbeing at Stanford. Her course “Digital Wellbeing: Designing Healthy Relationships With Technology” led to her new book, Digital Wellbeing: Empowering Connection with Wonder and Imagination in the Age of AI, out September 24, 2024 with Wiley. Caitlin has also authored the books Digital Satori (2023); Designing Wonder: Leading Transformative Experiences in XR (2021) and Mindful by Design (2019). She advises organizations including Google, Meta, Oracle, TED, and the U.S. State Department. She creates and guides collaborative transformational experiences, fusing presence, storytelling, imagination, and emotional intelligence.
