As homage to the 122nd Boston Marathon, completed just a couple of days ago, this gentle walking meditation brings us back to ourselves and our surroundings. It encourages the act of noticing, consciousness, and self-care. It’s about connection, and can become part of a daily personal mindfulness practice that you use anywhere, anytime!
